How do tornadoes form???
- Tornadoes mostly come from thunderstorms. For a tornado to form, there will need to be warm air and cold air. As soon as soon as those two air masses meet each other, our atmosphere becomes unstable.
- Then it begins to spin faster and then creates a funnel cloud. If the column of air gets stuck in a supercell it tightens and starts to spin and speeds up
- The finally the funnel touches on the surface. The rain and hail from the thunderstorm cause the funnel to touchdown which creates the tornadoes.
